Terms of Service
Effective date: July 16, 2026
These terms govern registration for and participation in programs offered by Complete Worship & Titus Theatre, operating under the Complete Health Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit incorporated in Michigan. By registering for a program or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, please contact us before registering.
1. Registration
Programs for minors must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, who is the responsible party for the enrollment. You agree that the information you provide at registration is accurate and complete, and that you will keep your contact information current so we can reach you about your enrollment.
Some programs have limited capacity or age and grade requirements. Spots are confirmed in the order registrations are completed.
2. Payment
You may pay for a program in one of two ways:
- Online — by card or PayPal at checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card number.
- Cash or check — at the first class. Choosing this option reserves your spots; payment is due at your first class session. Checks are made out to Complete Worship.
Prices are as listed on the registration form at the time you register, plus any optional add-ons you select. If a reserved spot remains unpaid after the first class, we may contact you and, if we cannot reach you, release the spot.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
If we cancel a program before it begins, you receive a full refund of anything you paid for it.
If you need to withdraw, email info@completeworship.org as early as you can. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, and we work with families in good faith — our goal is that money is never the reason a child can't participate. Refunds for online payments are returned through PayPal to the original payment method.
4. Scholarships
Scholarships are available for families who need them. Note your interest in the “notes” field when registering or contact us— a scholarship inquiry never affects your child's place in a program.
5. Schedules & Program Changes
Class days, times, and locations are published on the schedule pageand may change. We will notify registered families of changes by email. We may combine, reschedule, or cancel under-enrolled classes; if a change doesn't work for your family, section 3 applies.
6. Participant Conduct
We are committed to a safe, welcoming environment for every participant. We expect participants to treat instructors, volunteers, venues, and one another with respect. If a participant's behavior endangers others or repeatedly disrupts a program, we will talk with the parent or guardian first; continued issues may result in removal from the program.
Parents and guardians are responsible for drop-off and prompt pick-up at the scheduled class times.
7. Health & Safety
Please tell us at registration about allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility needs we should know about — the registration notes field is the right place. In an emergency we will contact you using the information you provided and, if needed, emergency services.
Many of our programs involve physical activity (dance, tumbling, stage work, active games). By registering, you acknowledge the ordinary risks of these activities and confirm your child is able to participate. Some programs may also require a separate signed participation or media form at the first class.
8. Photos & Video
Participants may be photographed or filmed during classes, rehearsals, and performances, and those images may be used in our materials as described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not want your child photographed or filmed, notify us in writing at info@completeworship.org before the program begins.
9. Email Communications
When you register, we send transactional email about your enrollment — confirmations, schedule changes, and program updates. These continue for as long as you have an active enrollment.
Newsletters and announcements are separate and optional: you receive them only if you subscribe, and every one includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe any time at completeworship.org/unsubscribe.
10. Website Use
The content of this website — text, photos, and design — belongs to Complete Worship & Titus Theatre or is used with permission, and may not be reused commercially without our consent. You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to access administrative areas or interfere with its operation.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Complete Worship & Titus Theatre and the Complete Health Foundation, their staff, and volunteers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use or program participation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing reduces our duty to take reasonable care of participants in our programs.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Registrations are governed by the terms in effect when the registration was submitted.
