When you register a child for a program, we collect:

• Parent or guardian name, email address, and phone number
• Child's name and age
• Program-specific information you choose to provide (e.g., experience level, special needs, emergency contacts)
• Payment confirmation details (we do not store full credit card numbers — payments are processed by PayPal)

When you contact us or subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your name and email address.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All registrations for minors are submitted by a parent or legal guardian, whose contact information we collect as the responsible party.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child without your consent, please contact us at info@completeworship.org and we will delete it promptly.

Parental rights:You may review, correct, or request deletion of your child's information at any time by contacting us at the address below.

We use the information you provide only to:

• Process and manage program enrollments
• Contact you about your child's program, scheduling, or updates
• Send ministry newsletters or announcements if you have subscribed (you may unsubscribe at any time)

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Program participants may be photographed or filmed during classes, rehearsals, or performances. We may use these images and recordings for:

• Our website and social media pages
• Promotional and fundraising materials
• Internal ministry documentation

By completing registration you consent to this use. If you do not wish your child to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in writing at info@completeworship.org before the program begins.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it only with:

• PayPal — to process payments (governed by PayPal's own Privacy Policy)
• Resend — to deliver transactional and broadcast emails (governed by Resend's Privacy Policy)
• Legal authorities — if required by law or to protect the safety of participants

We retain registration records for as long as necessary to manage the program and comply with applicable law. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us; we will honor the request unless retention is required by law.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted database storage and secure HTTPS transmission. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

• Essential — a session cookie that keeps site administrators signed in, and a browser setting that remembers your light/dark theme preference. These are required for the site to work.
• Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general region, device type) so we can improve it. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.

If you subscribed to our mailing list, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or at completeworship.org/unsubscribe. Transactional emails related to your registration (confirmations, schedule changes) are not promotional and will continue until your enrollment ends.
